At How Might We, we’re playing with what’s possible with the LEGO® Serious Play® method. By blending it with the Soft Systems Method and Design Thinking/Service Design practices, we’ve crafted a unique approach to address complex challenges in strategy, process improvement, team alignment, and enhancing employee and customer experiences.
Why Choose How Might We?
Our expertise isn’t theoretical – it’s grounded in practical application. Since 2019, we’ve used the LEGO® Serious Play® method with clients in multinationals, SMEs, start-ups, and public service organisations to:
Facilitate Strategic Foresight workshops for billion-euro transformation programmes
Coach teams to embed Service Design practices and foster a culture of innovation
Brought clients and their customers together to co-create better relationships and services
Helped teams overcome complex workplace dynamics to work better together
Designed stakeholder management practices, empowering teams to communicate effectively – and more confidently ‘push back’ when necessary.
Supported academic departments to improve culture and student experience
We’ve also helped thousands of students learn Design Thinking through LEGO® Serious Play®, as we’ve partnered with organisations like The Big Idea and Generation Innovation.

Two-day training + an ongoing support
Pre-training
No Cookie-Cutter Learning
We’ll send you a questionnaire to better understand how our training will meet your goals. We will then tailor the training (as best as possible) to be relevant to all participants.
Arrive Confident
We provide access to our learning platform so you can better understand the method and its scientific underpinnings.
During Training
Hands-on Learning
We cover a lot of ground over the two days (with plenty of breaks). You will leave tired…and confident in your ability to design and facilitate LEGO® Serious Play® workshops.
Refreshments
Tea, coffee, water and sandwiches during lunch.
Post-training
Ready-to-Use Resources
On our learning platform, you can access an extensive video library, including workshop slide decks on team development, scenario planning, project retrospectives, project premortems, one-to-one interviews, and more.
Additionally, explore how to use the method with a range of tools such as stakeholder maps, journey maps, personas, system maps, and business model canvas.
Constantly THINKering
To ensure you keep up your THINKering skills, we give you a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Starter Kit. During training (and in our learning platform), we cover what type of LEGO® you should buy to facilitate a session.
One-to-one Support
We provide an hour of one-to-one support, ensuring you feel confident and fully prepared to facilitate workshops.
Refresh Your Knowledge Anytime
Enjoy unlimited access to our comprehensive online learning platform, allowing you to revisit and refresh your understanding of all the tools and techniques covered in the training.
Stay Ahead with Continuous Updates
As we continue working with clients, we will refine and integrate new tools and practices into our learning platform, ensuring you always advance your knowledge.
Connect and Learn Together
Join our community of facilitators in quarterly community calls, where you can exchange insights, share experiences, and learn from others. All shared knowledge is then added to our learning platform.
Credibility Building
Whether you’re presenting the value of LEGO® Serious Play® to an internal stakeholder/colleague or potential client, our ready-to-use brochures and presentation decks offer a clear and compelling demonstration of the method’s impact.
